that;tl’1e. petitionefs have been falsely implicated in the<\/p>\n
  intact. they were playing cards but not andar-<\/p>\n
 it was a festival day, the people<\/p>\n
sufrouiidiiig the village gathered and they were playing<\/p>\n
I   not for gambling purpose. As it is stated in the<\/p>\n
O  eoniplaint itself about 17 police officials on receiving the<\/p>\n
 “‘ci”edible information that the petitioners were gambling<\/p>\n

went to the spot and gherowed the said assembly and<\/p>\n
on enquiry, the police came to know about narnes-_and<\/p>\n
address of each one of them who were about _\u00e9.%4{ <\/p>\n
and two of the said unlawful assembl_y__des.cap1ed' _p<\/p>\n
brought about 5060 people <\/p>\n
armed with stones, clubs etc. th'ose'i–persons. who l';were.\ufb02<\/p>\n

they also assaulted and caused injuries to \u00bbn1any.officei’s.”‘ ,<\/p>\n

\nto save their life, the-b:odygua.rd’l.l’ofV’\u00e9uperintendent of<\/p>\n
Police fired  __.roundsV in_._the” ai”r”to deter the mob.<\/p>\n
Since;_lvthel_’l’  ohstructed the police from
\ndischarging tlieirllfdultyilh”ai’id have also assaulted the<\/p>\n

 bail  he verymdifficult to maintain law and order<\/p>\n
