NO. 12817 OF 2009\n            = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n         Dated this the 28th day of April, 2009.\n\n                       J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner will be satisfied if Ext.P3 series of representations<\/p>\n<p>preferred before the 3rd respondent for redressal of the<\/p>\n<p>grievance with regard to the drawing of cable through the<\/p>\n<p>unauthorized poles is considered.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   Heard both sides. The writ petition is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>directing 3rd respondent to consider and pass appropriate<\/p>\n<p>orders in Ext.P3 representation in accordance with law within<\/p>\n<p>a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy<\/p>\n<p>of this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>                       P.R.
