RAMKUMAR, J.\n                   ....................................\n                     B.A. NO. 5322 of 2010\n                 ..........................................\n              Dated: 31st day of August, 2010\n\n                                ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners, who are accused Nos. 2 to 5 in Crime No.<\/p>\n<p>1007\/2010 of Vaikom Police Station for               offences punishable<\/p>\n<p>under Sections 376 and 323 read with Section 34 I.P.C., seek<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<\/p>\n<p>nature.   But at the same time,           I am inclined to permit the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the<\/p>\n<p>purpose of interrogation and then to have their application for<\/p>\n<p>bail  considered     by    the    Magistrate         having  jurisdiction.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly,   the    petitioners      shall    surrender   before    the<\/p>\n<p>investigating officer on 13-9-2010 or 14-9-2010                  for the<\/p>\n<p>purpose of interrogation and recovery of incriminating material,<\/p>\n<p>if any.   The petitioners shall thereafter           appear  before the<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate concerned and file an application for regular bail.         On<\/p>\n<p>being convinced that the petitioners have been interrogated by<\/p>\n<p>the police, the Magistrate shall      preferably on the same date on<\/p>\n<p>which the application is filed, release the petitioners on bail on<\/p>\n<p>each of the petitioners executing a bond for Rs.15,000\/- (Rupees<\/p>\n<p>fifteen thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like<\/p>\n<p>amount to the satisfaction of the Magistrate and subject to the<\/p>\n<p>following conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<p>B.A. NO. 5322 of 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                     2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>             1.     The petitioners      shall report before the<br \/>\n             Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on<br \/>\n             all Wednesdays.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>             2. The petitioners shall make themselves available<br \/>\n             for interrogation including custodial interrogation as<br \/>\n             and when required by the Investigating Officer.<\/p>\n<p>             3.     Petitioners shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n             prosecution witnesses nor shall they         attempt to<br \/>\n             tamper with the evidence for the prosecution.<\/p>\n<p>             4.     Petitioners shall not commit any offence while<br \/>\n             on bail.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>              5.
