RAMKUMAR, J.\n                      - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n              Bail Application NO. 6310 of 2010\n                      - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                       DATED: 11-10-2010\n\n                              O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>     In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>who are accused Nos. 1 and 2 in Crime No. 1184 of 2010 of<\/p>\n<p>Angamaly Police Station for offences punishable under Sections<\/p>\n<p>406, 420, 468 and 471 read with Sec. 34 I.P.C.               seek their<\/p>\n<p>enlargement on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.    I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.    Having regard to the nature of the             offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody of the petitioners, the present stage of<\/p>\n<p>investigation and the other circumstances of the case etc., I am<\/p>\n<p>inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with effect from a future<\/p>\n<p>date. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to be released on<\/p>\n<p>bail with effect from 21-10-2010 on each of them           executing a<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">Bail A.No. 6310 of 2010                         -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>bond for Rs. 25,000\/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with<\/p>\n<p>two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>the J.F.C.M.II, Aluva, and subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>               1. The petitioners shall report before the Investigating<\/p>\n<p>                    Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>               2. The petitioners shall make themselves available for<\/p>\n<p>                    interrogation          including custodial interrogation as<\/p>\n<p>                    and when required by the police till the filing of the<\/p>\n<p>                    final report.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              3. The petitioners shall not influence or intimidate the<\/p>\n<p>                    prosecution witnesses nor shall they            attempt to<\/p>\n<p>                    tamper with the evidence for the prosecution.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              4.
