Case No. 98 of 1999, but in the next<\/p>\n<p>                   morning his dead body was found in Hazat.<\/p>\n<p>                            In so far as the petitioner is concerned,<\/p>\n<p>                   admittedly he was working as Home Guard in the<\/p>\n<p>                   aforesaid Police Station at the relevant time and he<\/p>\n<p>                   had also participated in apprehending the aforesaid<\/p>\n<p>                   deceased and allegedly, he as well as other accused<\/p>\n<p>                   assaulted the above stated deceased.<\/p>\n<p>                            Taking into consideration the aforesaid<\/p>\n<p>                   facts as well as this aspect of the matter that the<\/p>\n<p>                   alleged occurrence took place in the year 1999,<\/p>\n<p>                   whereas this petitioner could be remanded in this<\/p>\n<p>                   case in the year 2011, I do not feel it proper to<\/p>\n<p>                   release him on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail<\/p>\n<p>                   in connection with Cheria Bariarpur P.S.
