No.6094 of 2011\n                                     VIVEK KUMAR\n                                            Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   28.04.2011.             Learned     counsel      for    the    petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   is permitted to make necessary correction in<\/p>\n<p>                   prayer portion of the petition.<\/p>\n<p>                             Heard the learned counsels for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The   petitioner        is    apprehending      his<\/p>\n<p>                   arrest in a case registered under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                   341, 323, 504, 379\/34 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                   Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.<\/p>\n<p>                             The   accusation         is   of     assault    with<\/p>\n<p>                   Lathi and Iron rod and resorted to firing.<\/p>\n<p>                             The supplementary affidavit has been<\/p>\n<p>                   filed   by     the    petitioner        that    injury    was<\/p>\n<p>                   caused.      Though      the       accusation       is     of<\/p>\n<p>                   committing theft.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Learned     counsel      for    the    petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   submits      that     the     since      the     petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   purchased the land from the nephew of the<\/p>\n<p>                   informant.      Hence,      the   informant       filed   the<\/p>\n<p>                   title   suit    and    as    a    pressure      tactics   the<\/p>\n<p>                   present case has been lodged.<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering the aforesaid facts, let<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        the petitioner, above named, be released on<\/p>\n<p>        bail    in    the    event     of     arrest    or   surrender<\/p>\n<p>        before       the    learned        court   below     within      a<\/p>\n<p>        period       of     twelve      weeks      from      today    in<\/p>\n<p>        connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case<\/p>\n<p>        No. 73 of 2010 on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>        Rs.10,000\/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>        of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>        of     the    learned         C.    J.     M.   Muzaffarpur,<\/p>\n<p>        subject to the conditions as laid down under<\/p>\n<p>        Section       438(2)     of     the      Code   of    Criminal<\/p>\n<p>        Procedure.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>U.
