No 70\/10\/60 dated 09\/05\/1960.\n<\/p>\n<p>Reply of the PIO<br \/>\nThe noting portion during the period 1959-63 is not available in his p\/file in the college.<br \/>\nTherefore, information is not available.\n<\/p>\n<p>First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Unsatisfactory information provided by the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order of the FAA:\n<\/p>\n<p>The FAA concurred with the information provided by the PIO and further elaborated that on<br \/>\npension benefits, the applicant has not provided the date of letter in which he had requested to<br \/>\nwithdraw the earlier objection and to declare that he is eligible for pension benefits for his<br \/>\nservice from 13\/8\/59 to 22\/6\/1963. The appellants application to Nagpur University was not sent<br \/>\nthrough proper channel and thus he is not eligible for counting of past services.\n<\/p>\n<p>Ground of the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Unfair disposal of the appeal by the FAA.\n<\/p>\n<p> Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant : Absent;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent : Prof A P Gupta, Public Information Officer;<br \/>\nThe file notings of 1962-63 are not available with the college and hence could not be provided to<br \/>\nthe Appellant. However, the PIO has produced various other communications relevant to the<br \/>\nquery of the Appellant.
