Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                            It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                   that the petitioner no. 3, namely, Satya Narayan Ram, of Cr. Misc.<\/p>\n<p>                   No. 1477 of 2011 has been arrested. Hence, he seeks permission to<\/p>\n<p>                   withdraw the application of petitioner no.3. Permission is<\/p>\n<p>                   accorded.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            So far petitioner nos. 1,2,4 and 5 are concerned, they are<\/p>\n<p>                   alleged to have misappropriated the advance money given under<\/p>\n<p>                   &#8216;Sampurna Gramin Rojgar Yojna&#8217; for construction of work.<\/p>\n<p>                   Annexure-2 has been brought on record which reflects that after<\/p>\n<p>                   lodging of F.I.R. the works have been completed.<\/p>\n<p>                            It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                   that in all the three Criminal Miscellaneous applications the works<\/p>\n<p>                   have been completed subsequent to the filing of the F.I.R. It is<\/p>\n<p>                   further submitted that similarly situated accused persons have been<\/p>\n<p>                   granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 36748 of 2010 and Cr.<\/p>\n<p>                   Misc. No. 30922 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, Ajay<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       Kumar Singh, Yogendra Pal, Sheobachan Ram, Raj Mohan Ram,<\/p>\n<p>       Brij Keshwar Ram and Dilip Kumar Singh be released on bail in<\/p>\n<p>       the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below<\/p>\n<p>       within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with<\/p>\n<p>       Akorhi Gola P.S.
