JALALPUR SARAN AT\n                 CHAPRA\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   9.2.2011              The Court fails to understand as to why Mukhiya has<\/p>\n<p>                 approached this Court against the order passed by the District Teachers<\/p>\n<p>                 Employment Appellate Authority.
