Application<br \/>\n\tNo.1828\/10, it appears that if the passport is handed over for the<br \/>\n\tpurpose of renewal with the direction that the renewed passport<br \/>\n\tshall be forwarded directly to the Court concerned, it will take<br \/>\n\tcare of the situation.\n<\/p>\n<p>Hence,<br \/>\n\tthe concerned criminal court is directed to hand over the passport<br \/>\n\tto the applicant for the purpose of renewal.  As soon as the<br \/>\n\tpassport is renewed, the concerned passport officer shall directly<br \/>\n\tforward the old passport to JMFC, Dholka and shall not hand over the<br \/>\n\tsame to the applicant.  Upon the receipt of the old as well as<br \/>\n\trenewed passport, the same shall be kept in the possession of the<br \/>\n\tconcerned Court.  Registry shall forward a copy of this order to the<br \/>\n\tRegional Passport Officer, Ahmedabad.\n<\/p>\n<p>Application<br \/>\n\tallowed to the aforesaid extent.
