Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :18\/06\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                          V.GIRI, J\n                        -------------------\n                    W.P.(C).18230\/2008\n                        --------------------\n            Dated this the 18th day of June, 2008\n\n                        JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner, an Agricultural Officer, who is currently<\/p>\n<p>stationed at Idukki District, submits that he is entitled to<\/p>\n<p>be posted in Pathanamthitta District, going by clause 16<\/p>\n<p>of Ext.P3 order. Request made by him in this regard is<\/p>\n<p>pending before the Government as Ext.P7.            Petitioner<\/p>\n<p>particularly refers to the guidelines, by which spouses who<\/p>\n<p>are Government servants are entitled, as far as possible, to<\/p>\n<p>be accommodated in the same station.<\/p>\n<p>      Having heard learned Government Pleader also, writ<\/p>\n<p>petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider Ext.P7 and take a decision thereon, within a<\/p>\n<p>period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of<\/p>\n<p>this judgment.
