M.<br \/>\n\tParikh, learned advocate for the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>Having<br \/>\n\tregard to the averments made in the application, it appears that the<br \/>\n\tapplicant was prevented by just cause in not preferring the present<br \/>\n\tapplication within the prescribed period of limitation.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tthe circumstances, the application is allowed.  The delay that has<br \/>\n\toccurred in filing the present application is hereby condoned. The<br \/>\n\tabatement of  Second Appeal No.54 of 1992 is hereby set aside.  The<br \/>\n\tapplicants are permitted to be joined as heirs and legal<br \/>\n\trepresentatives of deceased Shantaben, daughter of Mangalbhai<br \/>\n\tDadabhai as appellants in the proceedings of Second Appeal No.54 of<br \/>\n\t1992.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tapplication stands disposed of accordingly, with no order as to<br \/>\n\tcosts.
