No.10892\/2010\n16.08.2010\n\n        Heard Shri A. P. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, on\nthe question of admission.\n        The petitioner has filed this petition alleging inaction on the\npart of the respondent authorities in conducting an enquiry against<\/pre>\n<p>respondent no.4 for the negligence in the treatment of the husband<br \/>\nof petitioner no.2 and in denial of documents to the petitioners<br \/>\ninspite of repeatedly asking for the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>        As is evident from the documents, filed by the petitioners,<br \/>\nthey have already approached the Additional District Magistrate<br \/>\nand the Sub Divisional Magistrate with their grievance for taking<br \/>\nproper steps in the matter and that the Additional District Magistrate<br \/>\nhas called for the report from the police authorities and the Sub<br \/>\nDivisional Magistrate has asked the Chief Medical and Health<br \/>\nOfficer to submit a report.        It is further evident that the police<br \/>\nauthorities and the     Chief Medical and Health Officer have not<br \/>\nconducted any enquiry nor submitted their report as directed by the<br \/>\nAdditional District Magistrate and the Sub Divisional Magistrate<br \/>\nrespectively.\n<\/p>\n<p>        In the circumstances the petition, filed by the petitioner, is<br \/>\ndisposed of     with a direction to respondent no.2 Collector,<br \/>\nHoshangabad         and      the      Superintendent      of       Police,<br \/>\nHoshangabad to look into the matter and deal with the same<br \/>\nexpeditiously in accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>        With the aforesaid direction the petition, filed by the<br \/>\npetitioner, stands disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>        C.C as per rules.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                   ( R.
