She states that about 10 days back she was able to<br \/>\nescape from the house of some relatives, where she was kept at the<br \/>\nbehest of her parents, and went to the house of the petitioner. She<br \/>\nalso states that she wants to stay with the petitioner. It is not in<br \/>\ndispute that corpus-Parvati is not minor. In these circumstances, she<br \/>\nis free to go and stay with the petitioner or wherever she likes.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of the fact that corpus-Parvati and the petitioner are now<br \/>\nstaying together, this petition does not survive and stands disposed<br \/>\nof, without any orders.
