He is not named in the FIR, but,  subsequently<br \/>\nsought to be involved.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tIn<br \/>\naddition to  the above, I have also perused the nature of allegations<br \/>\nmade in the complaint.  Bearing in mind that the petitioner has no<br \/>\ncriminal antecedents, I<br \/>\nfind this is a fit case for granting bail. Under the circumstances,<br \/>\nthe petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in connection with<br \/>\nC.R. NO. I-10\/2010,<br \/>\nregistered with ATS<br \/>\nPOLICE STATION,<br \/>\nGujarat State, Ahmedabad, for the offences punishable under<br \/>\nSections-170, 171, 465, 468, 471 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code, on<br \/>\nhis furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000\/-(Rupees Five Thousand), with one<br \/>\nsurety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the lower Court and<br \/>\nsubject to the conditions that, he shall:\n<\/p>\n<p>(1).\t\tnot<br \/>\ntake undue advantage of his liberty or abuse his liberty;\n<\/p>\n<p>(2).\t\tnot<br \/>\nact in a manner injurious to the interest of the prosecution;\n<\/p>\n<p>(3).\t\tmaintain<br \/>\nlaw and order;\n<\/p>\n<p>(4).\t\tmark<br \/>\nhis presence before the concerned Police Station on every 1st<br \/>\nand 15th day of English Calendar month between 11:00 a.m.<br \/>\nto 2:00 p.m.;\n<\/p>\n<p>(5).\t\tnot<br \/>\nleave the State of Gujarat without prior permission of the Sessions<br \/>\nJudge concerned;\n<\/p>\n<p>(6).\t\tfurnish<br \/>\nthe address of his residence at the time of execution of the bond and<br \/>\nshall not change the residence without prior permission of  this<br \/>\nCourt;\n<\/p>\n<p>(7).\t\tsurrender<br \/>\nhis passport, if any, to the Lower Court immediately.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tIf<br \/>\nbreach of any of the above conditions is committed,  the Sessions<br \/>\nJudge concerned will be free  to take appropriate action in the<br \/>\nmatter.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tBail<br \/>\nbefore the Lower Court having jurisdiction to try the case.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\t\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute.
