Opposite Party<br \/>\n                   ======================================================<br \/>\n                   Appearance :\n<\/p>\n<p>                   For the Petitioner       :    Mr. Kamla Kant Pandey, Adv.<br \/>\n                   For the Opposite Party :      Mr. Damodar Prasad Tiwary, A.P.P.<br \/>\n                   ======================================================<\/p>\n<p>4\/-   11-07-2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                   additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                              Petitioner is named accused in this complaint case with<\/p>\n<p>                   specific allegation as mentioned in paragraph no. 5 of the<\/p>\n<p>                   complaint petition that in order to return the money taken as<\/p>\n<p>                   advance he has issued two cheques worth Rs. 60,000\/- each in<\/p>\n<p>                   favor of the complainant but both have been dishonored. Though,<\/p>\n<p>                   there is nothing mentioned in the bail application as regard to<\/p>\n<p>                   same, but during course of argument, it is submitted that the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner Sanjay Kumar Keshri @ Mantu has neither issued any<\/p>\n<p>                   such cheque nor there is anything on record before the court below<\/p>\n<p>                   showing such issuance of cheques.
