6. As noticed   the
\npetitioner is that itta:s.:>’ctiecked at stage
\n26 \/ S, five   ‘Were; travelling in the
\nbus from   ‘2’\/’ \/ S and that the
\nresporzdetity   fare from them. The
\npetitione\u00e9  V..1x1oth  “examined himself but also<\/p>\n
exa:e1ii1ed’a:’w%it12es.s  support of his case. It is the ease<\/p>\n
 the ‘petitionejf? the checking Inspector has forced<\/p>\n

   receipt. It is not the case of the petitioner<\/p>\n
 Inspector was enimieally disposed towards<\/p>\n
 The stand of the respondent did not inspire<\/p>\n
confidence of the Labour Court. Taking into account the<\/p>\n
evidence of the checking Inspector as also the other<\/p>\n
