Piro, District Bhojpur\n                                               Versus\n                                        The State Of Bihar\n                              For the petitioner : Mr.Love Kush Kumar\n                                    For the State : Mr. Addl.P.P.\n\n02\/     03.08.2011<\/pre>\n<p>                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                      counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been<\/p>\n<p>                      registered for offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code<\/p>\n<p>                      against unknown regarding robbery of mobile of the informant&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>                      son.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  In course of investigation, mobile was seized from<\/p>\n<p>                      one Ram Nath Singh and the petitioner&#8217;s complicity has come on<\/p>\n<p>                      the confessional statement of that accused.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Submission is that except confessional statement there<\/p>\n<p>                      is nothing against the petitioner and he had no occasion to know<\/p>\n<p>                      about the ownership of mobile.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                      let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                      bail bond of Rs.10,000\/-(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>                      of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                      Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in Tiyar P.S.Case No. 27 of 2010.<\/p>\n<pre>      Tahir\/-                                  (Shyam Kishore Sharma, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Nanhak Nat vs The State Of Bihar on 3 August, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous Case No.25622 of 2011 Nanhak Nat son of Nakur Nat, resident of village Deochanda Bal, P.S.
