Sheth learned advocate appears for the original claimants in<br \/>\nall the applications and waives service of rule.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tAll<br \/>\nthe applications are for interim injunction, pending the First<br \/>\nAppeals, against the execution and implementation of the judgment and<br \/>\naward passed by the Reference Court, which is impugned in the<br \/>\nconcerned First Appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe facts and circumstances, there shall be interim injunction<br \/>\nagainst the execution and implementation of the judgment and award<br \/>\npassed by the Reference Court, on condition that the applicant<br \/>\ndeposits the entire amount together with interest and costs, within<br \/>\nfour weeks from today with the Reference Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tWe<br \/>\nhave heard Ms. Thakkar learned AGP appearing for the applicant and<br \/>\nMr. Sheth learned advocate appearing for the opponent, for interim<br \/>\nrelief.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe facts and circumstances, out of the amount which may be deposited<br \/>\nby the applicant, the original claimants shall be permitted to<br \/>\nwithdraw 50% of the amount and the remaining 50% amount shall be<br \/>\ninvested by the Reference Court in Nationalised Bank, initially for a<br \/>\nperiod of three years, and the said investment shall be renewed from<br \/>\ntime to time, till the final disposal of the First Appeals.
