According to him,<\/p>\n<p>respondents 4 and 5 are causing obstruction. Though notice was<\/p>\n<p>served on the party respondents, no one appeared for them. On<\/p>\n<p>6.5.2008 this Court passed an interim order in favour of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.    Even now, nobody appeared for the party<\/p>\n<p>respondents. In view of the above position, the writ petition is<\/p>\n<p>disposed of maintaining the order for police protection for<\/p>\n<p>unloading two wheelers brought to the establishment of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner. If respondents 4 and 5 are causing obstruction, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner may inform the 3rd respondent. In that event, the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent shall remove the obstruction. If respondents 4 and 5<\/p>\n<p>have any right to do the unloading work, they move the forums<\/p>\n<p>provided under the Head Load Workers Act and establish their<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C)No.13853\/08                -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>rights.
