The request was turned down by<\/p>\n<p>Exts.P2 and P3. Against the same, petitioner has filed Ext.P4<\/p>\n<p>revision before the 2nd respondent.            The petitioner seeks<\/p>\n<p>expeditious disposal of Ext.P4.\n<\/p>\n<p>           2.    I have heard the learned Government Pleader<\/p>\n<p>also.
