Ltd., Colourtex Limited and KM Indigos Pvt.<br \/>\nLtd. With Colourtex Industries Ltd.  Earlier, the petitioner filed<br \/>\nCompany Application No.236 of 2011 seeking dispensation of meetings<br \/>\nof equity shareholders and unsecured creditors on the ground that<br \/>\nconsent of all the shareholders and unsecured creditors have given<br \/>\ntheir consent and produced on record. This Court vide order dated<br \/>\n03.03.2011 made in Company Application No.236 of 2011 dispensed with<br \/>\nthe meetings of the equity shareholders and unsecured creditors of<br \/>\nthe petitioner company.  It is reported that there are no secured<br \/>\ncreditors of the petitioner company.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAdmit.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tNotice<br \/>\nto the Central Government through Regional Director, ROC Bhavan,<br \/>\nOpp.Rupal Park Society, Behind Ankur Bus Stop, Naranpura,<br \/>\nAhmedabad-380013.  Notice is also directed to be issued upon the<br \/>\nOfficial Liquidator with direction to appoint Chartered Accountant<br \/>\nfor preparation and submission of report at the cost of the<br \/>\npetitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tNotice<br \/>\nof hearing of petition to be published in Indian Express (English<br \/>\nDaily) and Gujarat Mitra (Gujarati Daily) both Surat Editions.<br \/>\nPublication of notice in Government Gazette is dispensed with.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\nfinal hearing of the petition is fixed on 25.04.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>[Anant<br \/>\nS.
