Misc. no. 45207 of<\/p>\n<p>                  2010 whereby they were directed to           surrender within 04 weeks<\/p>\n<p>                  whereafter the Court below was directed to release them on bail.<\/p>\n<p>                              For the reasons stated in the modification application and the<\/p>\n<p>                  submissions made in support thereof, the application is allowed. The<\/p>\n<p>                  time\/period granted under order dated 26.03.2011 is extended by 02<\/p>\n<p>                  weeks from today.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.<\/p>\n<p>                              Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Court of Sub<\/p>\n<p>                  Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria through Fax at the cost to be<\/p>\n<p>                  deposited by the petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                       ( Kishore K.
