After hearing counsel for the parties, we accept these appeals and set aside the impugned orders of the High Court and remit the case back to the High Court for a fresh decision in accordance with law, after framing a substantial question of law, in the light of the judgment of this Court in Manish Makeshwari v. Asstt. CIT .<\/p>\n<p>3.
