                            In the circumstances, the writ application is<\/p>\n
                 disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Rohtas to<\/p>\n
                 consider the complaints of the petitioner, issue notice to<\/p>\n
                 the parties, hear them and take a final decision,<\/p>\n
                 preferably within a period of three months from the date<\/p>\n
