4.      24.2.2011.                  Heard Mr. Sarvan Kumar, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n
                     petitioner, Mr.Hirday Prasad Singh, learned Additional Public<\/p>\n
                     Prosecutor and Mr.Rajni Kant Jha, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n
                     informant.\n<\/p>\n
                                     The petitioner, who is in custody in connection with<\/p>\n
                     Akilpur P.S. Case No.13 of 2010 for the offence under section 307<\/p>\n
                     and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of<\/p>\n
                     the Arms Act, has prayed for grant of bail.<\/p>\n
                                     It was alleged that on the firing made by this<\/p>\n
                     petitioner, the informant received pillet injury. The petitioner is in<\/p>\n
                     custody since 3.5.2010.\n<\/p>\n
                                     It was submitted by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n
                     petitioner that there were land dispute between the parties and the<\/p>\n
                     occurrence had taken place due to that reason.<\/p>\n
                                     Learned counsel for the informant strongly opposed<\/p>\n
                     the prayer for bail.\n<\/p>\n
                                     Keeping in view the nature of accusation and the<\/p>\n
                     period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on<\/p>\n
                     bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/- with two sureties of the<\/p>\n
                     like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Danapur in<\/p>\n
                     connection with Akilpur P.S. Case No.13 of 2010.<\/p>\n
