KURIAKOSE,J.\n\n                  - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                          W.P.(C)No.32113 of 2006\n\n                  - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                          Dated: 5th December, 2006\n\n\n                                   JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The petitioners who have been under suspension since January,<\/p>\n<p>2006   are   aggrieved   in   that   the   statutory   applications   submitted   by<\/p>\n<p>them   seeking review of suspension orders are not being considered<\/p>\n<p>by   the   1st  respondent.   Since   more   than   10   months   have     elapsed<\/p>\n<p>since Ext.P1 order was issued, there is no reason why Exts.P4 to P7<\/p>\n<p>are   not   taken   up  and   decided   by   the   first   respondent.
