Three persons are<\/p>\n<p>                   said to have received injury at the hands of the accused.<\/p>\n<p>                   Informant is said to have received injury on chest causing fracture<\/p>\n<p>                   of ribs whereas the daughter received lacerated injury on head.<\/p>\n<p>                                This Court is not inclined to interfere with the order<\/p>\n<p>                   impugned.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The application has no merit. It is accordingly<\/p>\n<p>                   dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                          ( Kishore K.
