According to the petitioner, she had applied for a<\/p>\n<p>transfer to Ernakulam District by Ext.P3, which is pending<\/p>\n<p>consideration of the 2nd respondent.<\/p>\n<p>     2. In this writ petition what is sought is a direction to the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider Ext.P3.
