Justice T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR\n\n Dated :16\/07\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n       KURIAN JOSEPH &amp;  T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR,  JJ.\n\n                 ----------------------------------------------\n\n                        W.P.(C)No.21806 of 2007\n\n                 ----------------------------------------------\n\n                          Dated 16th July,  2007.\n\n\n                                J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>Kurian Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>             The   writ   petition   is   filed   mainly   with   the   following<\/p>\n<p>prayer :-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>               &#8220;Declare that the petitioner is entitled to keep the custody of<\/p>\n<p>               his  unmarried   daughter  Revathy   Brahmanandan   in  his  family<\/p>\n<p>               house along with other family members as in the usual course<\/p>\n<p>               of family life in spite of her attainment of majority, considering<\/p>\n<p>               her own well being and such right of the petitioner is coming<\/p>\n<p>               within   the   ambit   of   his   fundamental   right   as   guaranteed   by<\/p>\n<p>               Article 21 of the Constitution of India.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>             In view of the judgment in W.P.(Crl) No.160 of 2007, it<\/p>\n<p>is   submitted   that   the   writ   petition   may   be   permitted   to   be<\/p>\n<p>withdrawn,   without   prejudice   to   the   liberty   to   the   petitioner   to<\/p>\n<p>move this Court, if necessary.
