Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :08\/02\/2011\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n             ```````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n                  W.P.(C) No. 3977 of 2011 V\n             ```````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n          Dated this the 8th day of February, 2011\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>           According to the petitioner, in connection with the<\/p>\n<p>execution of the two works of maintenance of Navodaya &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Puthirithara road and Thozhoorppadam &#8211; Samoohyakshema<\/p>\n<p>kendram road of Pazhayannur Block of Thrissur District, an<\/p>\n<p>amount of `25 lakhs is due to the petitioner. It is stated that<\/p>\n<p>despite various representations, the same has not been<\/p>\n<p>disbursed.    Complaining of the above, he has filed Ext.P5<\/p>\n<p>representation before the second respondent.                        In this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition, he seeks a direction or consideration of the said<\/p>\n<p>representation.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   Taking note of the above submission, I dispose of<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition, directing the second respondent to consider<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P5 representation and pass orders thereon.
