Sudama Thakur son of late Ramnandan Thakur\n                                                 Versus\n                                     THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/      11.03.2011           Heard counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                               A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner no.1, wherein it has been stated that father of<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner no.1 died on account of truck accident on 10.03.2011.<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioners are accused in a case under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                     302, 120(B)\/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the<\/p>\n<p>                     Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it<\/p>\n<p>                     would appear from the F.I.R. that no specific overt act is alleged<\/p>\n<p>                     against petitioner no.1. So far as petitioner no.2 is concerned, he<\/p>\n<p>                     has assigned the role of order giver. The petitioners are in<\/p>\n<p>                     custody since 11.07.2009 and 24.04.2009 respectively.<\/p>\n<p>                               In the circumstances, petitioners, named above, are<\/p>\n<p>                     directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                     5,000\/- (Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                     amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-I,<\/p>\n<p>                     Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S. case no. 07 of 2007<\/p>\n<p>                     (S.T.
