DISTRICT JUDGE)\n     - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n           BAIL APPLICATION NOS. 6019 OF 2009\n                              &amp; 6022 OF 2009\n     - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n         DATED THIS THE 5TH DAY OF JANUARY, 2010\n\n\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>    The    defacto       complainant&#8217;s           father        Shri.      Nazir,<\/p>\n<p>husband Raasi Thoufeeque and their counsel are present.<\/p>\n<p>After discussions, the parties agreed to settle these<\/p>\n<p>cases on the following conditions. (1) The petitioner-<\/p>\n<p>husband   Raasi      Thoufeeque         will      pay     to    the     defacto<\/p>\n<p>complainant      (Yasmin)        an      amount       of     Rs.10,00,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>(Rupees ten lakhs only) by draft drawn on a bank at<\/p>\n<p>Thiruvananthapuram within one month, in full settlement<\/p>\n<p>of  the    disputes        between       the     parties.        (2)On     such<\/p>\n<p>payment, the petitioner will pronounce &#8216;Talaq&#8217; in the<\/p>\n<p>presence    of     the      representatives             of     the      &#8216;Mahal&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Committees of both parties at Balaramapuram Town Muslim<\/p>\n<p>Jama Ath.     (3)The petitioner &#8211; father Raasi Thoufeeque<\/p>\n<p>will have visitorial rights and may visit the child<\/p>\n<p>twice in a month at the defacto complainant,s house or<\/p>\n<p>B.A. NO. 6019\/2009 &amp; 6022 \/2009<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>at any place mutually agreed by them. (4) The Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.541\/2009 of Balaramapuram Police Station will be<\/p>\n<p>withdrawn by the defacto complainant on payment of the<\/p>\n<p>amount. For this the defacto complainant will give an<\/p>\n<p>additional statement before the investigating officer<\/p>\n<p>reporting this settlement. After complying with these<\/p>\n<p>directions, the parties will report compliance before<\/p>\n<p>this Adalat on 15\/02\/2010. Both parties will sign the<\/p>\n<p>above conditions and place before this Adalat.
