It is also stated that the decision has not been taken<br \/>\non the application by the authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nthe order passed by the District Magistrate at Annexure-A dated<br \/>\n19.6.2010 it is stated that he has been absconding. As it transpires<br \/>\nfrom the jail remark sheet, he has been absconding for about 704 days<br \/>\nand in fact he has also availed of 11 furloughs, 15 temporary bails<br \/>\nand therefore it does not call for any interference with the impugned<br \/>\norder passed by the District Magistrate.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\npresent application accordingly sands rejected.
