appellant has filed this appeal seeking enhancement<\/p>\n
compensation.\n<\/p>\n
2. I have heard the learned Counse;’=:”for  ;)a’r_tie\u00a5s. *  ”<\/p>\n
3. Learned Counsel for the Vwoulidl.  as
\nper the Doctor, who had    had
\nsuffered 40% permanent disabiilit-y  lirnb. In his
\nevidence, the  stated   suffered 20%<\/p>\n
injury to the   taken 6% as permanent<\/p>\n
disabilityhto the wltol\u00e9-~ Compensation has been awarded<\/p>\n
accordinglyf’which xis_ ;;3rtos’:=,l$i’_.’etinadequate. It is argued that the<\/p>\n
 aecidertt had occurred in the year 2008. The claimant was earning<\/p>\n
  5_,jOQ_(V)\/– per month. The Tribunal has taken his income<\/p>\n
 Tribunal has not awarded any compensation<\/p>\n
towards l.oss of;.–2imenities. The compensation awarded towards loss<\/p>\n

\nthird respondenulnsuranee Compaiiyfvhiasv  justify the<\/p>\n
impugn ed judgment .artd_ a’_warcl._<\/p>\n
5. Having’regard’:to._the”eontentions urged, the question for<\/p>\n
consideration isuwhether the eonspeinsation awarded by the Tribunal<\/p>\n
adeqtrate?    …..\n<\/p>\n
‘ Et  from the evidence of the Doctor that the<\/p>\n
elain:~ant’_had”vsu’ffer’ed~’ZiO% injury to the particular limb. Having<\/p>\n
regard to”—the..,hnatti’1’e of injuries sustained by him, it is just and<\/p>\n
 to !.1ol’d that the claimant had suffered  permanent<\/p>\n

disability to the whole body. The claimant has not producedV,’a1’ty<\/p>\n
material t.o support the contention that he was earning ? 5.,()0Qy’–. ” .<\/p>\n

\nthe multiplier applicable is     entitled
\nfor a total sum of 3  income. He is

nourishment, Tc-onvveyanee,._etc\u00ab..,_The Tribunal ought to have awarded<\/p>\n

 15,000\/~ under this head. The compensation<\/p>\n
awarded towards’: injuries, pain and suffering, medical expenses,<\/p>\n
