S.J. MUKHOPADHAYA)<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\nappellant sought for certain information under the Right to<br \/>\nInformation Act which having not supplied preferred the writ<br \/>\npetition.  The learned Single Judge dismissed the same.  Hence, this<br \/>\nappeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tOn<br \/>\n27.1.2010, the Court directed the first respondent to file affidavit<br \/>\nand furnish the information which has been supplied, except the audit<br \/>\nreport for the year 2009, which is stated to be provided to the<br \/>\nappellant in near future.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tTaking<br \/>\ninto consideration the facts aforesaid, no further order is required<br \/>\nto be passed.  The authorities are supposed to supply rest of the<br \/>\ninformation to the appellant.  The order passed by the learned Single<br \/>\nJudge imposing costs dated 4.9.2009 is set aside.
