Case No.99 of 1997 registered<\/p>\n<p>                     under Sections 307 and other minor sections of the I.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>                               No specific overt act has been attributed against the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner in the fardbeyan of the informant. It appears from<\/p>\n<p>                     perusal of the impugned order that prayer for bail of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                     has been rejected by learned 9th Additional Sessions Judge, East<\/p>\n<p>                     Champaran, Motihari, only on the ground that petitioner had been<\/p>\n<p>                     evading his arrest since last eight years.<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as<\/p>\n<p>                     well as submissions of the parties petitioner, namely, Banaras Rai<\/p>\n<p>                     is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of<\/p>\n<p>                     Rs.10,000\/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                     each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East<\/p>\n<p>                     Champaran at Motihari in connection with Turkaulia P.S.
