Appellant present. IAF is\nrepresented by Cpl. S.S. Negi. The parties are heard. Cpl Negi submits that he\nhas no objection to provide information requested for by the appellant regarding\nfile notings concerning the appellant's dismissal after obliterating the names of\nthe officers. The Commission, however, is not satisfied with the delay caused in\nthe matter for no good reasons. Be that as it may, the file notings including\nrejection of his application dated 17.4.2008 may be provided to the appellant in\n01 week's time.
