It is stated by Mr.Bachani that<br \/>\n\tpetitioner Nos.1 and 6 are married with each other and marriage<br \/>\n\tcertificate is also placed on record. It is further submitted that<br \/>\n\tthe petitioner No.1 and victim-petitioner No.6 are present in Court.<br \/>\n\tThey are identified by learned advocate for the petitioners,<br \/>\n\tMr.A.Y.Bachani. It is further submitted that at the time of<br \/>\n\tmarriage, they were major. The petitioner No.6, wife of the present<br \/>\n\tpetitioner No.1, who is present before this Court, has stated that<br \/>\n\tshe is at present living with her husband-petitioner No.1 happily.<br \/>\n\tIn view of the above, Mr.Bachani requested that the complaint may be<br \/>\n\tquashed.\n<\/p>\n<p>Learned<br \/>\n\tadvocate, Mr.Tushar Chaudhary for the respondent No.2 has objection<br \/>\n\tin quashing the complaint. He sought some time.
