Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :21\/05\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                        ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                     ================\n                  W.P.(C) NO. 8227 OF 2010 (C)\n                  =====================\n\n              Dated this the 21st day of May, 2010\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner is a Junior Public Health Nurse, Grade II in<\/p>\n<p>Palakkad District. Her request is for an inter district transfer to<\/p>\n<p>Alappuzha.     Complaining    that   the   request   has  not    been<\/p>\n<p>considered, the writ petition is filed.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    Learned Government Pleader on instruction submits<\/p>\n<p>that as of now, there is no vacancy and that among those who<\/p>\n<p>have requested, petitioner is third in the order of seniority.<\/p>\n<p>      3.
