SIRI JAGAN, J.\n               - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                  W.P.(C)No. 26053 of 2009\n               - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n           Dated this the 19th day of March, 2010\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     In respect of a dispute between the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>3rd respondent as to who is to be retrenched on reduction of<\/p>\n<p>staff strength, the petitioner has filed Ext.P4 representation<\/p>\n<p>before the 1st respondent. Petitioner seeks a direction to<\/p>\n<p>the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4<\/p>\n<p>revision petition expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.   I have heard the learned Government Pleader and<\/p>\n<p>the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent. In the facts and<\/p>\n<p>circumstances of the case, I dispose of this writ petition<\/p>\n<p>with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass<\/p>\n<p>orders on Ext.P4 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate<\/p>\n<p>within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a<\/p>\n<p>copy of this judgment, after affording an opportunity of<\/p>\n<p>being heard to the petitioner as well as the manager of the<\/p>\n<p>school and the 3rd respondent. Till orders are passed on<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C)No. 26053 of 2009<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ext.P4 the stay granted by this court on 25.09.2009 which is<\/p>\n<p>being extended from time to time would continue to be in<\/p>\n<p>force.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.    The petitioner shall forward a copy of the writ<\/p>\n<p>petition to the 1st respondent along with a certified copy of<\/p>\n<p>this judgment for compliance.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                             S.
