SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                    -------------------------------\n                    W.P.(C)NO.21248 OF 2007\n                  -----------------------------------\n           DATED THIS THE 18th DAY OF JULY, 2007\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner&#8217;s allegation in this writ petition is that the 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent Municipality is filling up lands in violation of the Kerala<\/p>\n<p>Land Utilisation Order. Raising this complaint, the petitioner has filed<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P3 petition before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Pala. Presently,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner would confine his relief for a direction to the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent, R.D.O to pass orders on Ext.P3 expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>      Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Government pleader, I dispose of this writ petition directing<\/p>\n<p>the 3rd to pass orders on Ext.P3 as expeditiously as possible, at any<\/p>\n<p>rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment after affording an opportunity of being heard to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner as well as the 4th respondent, Municipality.<\/p>\n<p>                                        S.
