On 17\/11\/2008, in<br \/>\na single day the amount of 4037 and 3947 was deducted from my account. Give the reasons for this<br \/>\ndeduction<br \/>\n Why there is a difference of dates of deposit &amp; withdrawal in passbook and statement of the bank?<br \/>\n How many times the interest is calculated on the loan?<br \/>\n Is processing charge, inspection charge, and supervision charge calculated on yearly basis? If yes, why<br \/>\nso?\n<\/p>\n<p>On16\/01\/2008, 17\/09\/2008, &amp; 28\/09\/2009, the amount of 10,303, 23000, and 20,278 was deducted as<br \/>\ninterest from my account respectively. Then why on 30\/12\/2008, Rs 3851, on 02\/01\/2009, Rs 3858, on<br \/>\n23\/03\/2009 Rs 1655. and on 07\/05\/2009 , Rs 5030 were deducted from my account ?\n<\/p>\n<p>Reply by PIO :\n<\/p>\n<p>PIO has provide certain information to the Appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for the First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Information was not provided within prescribed period.<br \/>\n Order of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):\n<\/p>\n<p> The CPIO had provided the required information on applicant application dated 14\/09\/2009 by his letter<br \/>\nno. mkk\/RTI\/219 of 09\/10\/2009, within the prescribed period. But applicant mentioned that he did not<br \/>\nreceive copy of the reply by CPIO. So, it ordered that CPIO again will send the copy of his reply to the<br \/>\napplicant.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Information provided unsatisfactory and misleading.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>Both the parties were given an opportunity for hearing. However, neither party appeared. From a perusal<br \/>\nof the papers it appears that the specific information for various deductions mentioned by the Appellant<br \/>\nwas not provided. The PIO has claimed no exemption for refusing this information.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The PIO is directed to provide the complete information sought by the Appellant<br \/>\nbefore 30 November 2011 as per the records.
