Public<\/p>\n<p>                   Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The petitioners, who are in custody since 30.12.2010<\/p>\n<p>                   in connection with Ara Muffassil P.S. Case No. 278 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>                   registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 and 409 of the<\/p>\n<p>                   Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act, have<\/p>\n<p>                   prayed for grant of bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             It was alleged that from the house of the petitioners,<\/p>\n<p>                   huge quantity of country-made liquor kept in number of pouches<\/p>\n<p>                   were recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that<\/p>\n<p>                   recovery was not made from the house of the petitioner, rather<\/p>\n<p>                   the same was recovered outside from the house. It was further<\/p>\n<p>                   submitted that the petitioners have remained in custody for a<\/p>\n<p>                   considerable period.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the nature of accusation as well as period<\/p>\n<p>                   of custody, let the petitioners above named be released on bail<\/p>\n<p>                   on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with<\/p>\n<p>                   two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara<\/p>\n<p>        Muffassil P.S.
