Act, in connection with Chouparan<br \/>\n        P.S. Case No. 12 of 2009 corresponding to G.R. No. 500 of 2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     The case relates to cultivation of opium plants and the police was<br \/>\n        informed that cultivation was made by these petitioners. From the F.I.R. itself,<br \/>\n        it is apparent that the petitioners were not apprehended at the spot.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     In the facts of this case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners,<br \/>\n        Indradeo Singh and Narayan Singh, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners,<br \/>\n        named above, are directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of<br \/>\n        Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to<br \/>\n        the satisfaction of Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Hazaribagh, in<br \/>\n        connection with Chouparan P.S. Case No. 12 of 2009 corresponding to G.R.<br \/>\n        No. 500 of 2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                  ( H. C.
