Khambolaja, learned advocate for Mr. N.K. Majmudar, learned<br \/>\ncounsel for the applicant (original petitioner) and perused the<br \/>\naverments made in the application.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tFor<br \/>\nreasons stated in the memorandum of the application, the prayers made<br \/>\ntherein deserve to be granted.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tAccordingly,<br \/>\nthe application is allowed.
