Justice J.M.JAMES\n\n Dated :22\/09\/2006\n\n O R D E R\n                            J.M.JAMES, J.\n\n                               --------------\n\n                           B.A. 5729\/2006\n\n                            ------------------\n\nDATED THIS THE 22ND DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2006\n\n\n\n\n                              O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>                     The   petitioner   has   surrendered   on<\/p>\n<p>8.9.2006,        as   he   was   wanted   in   connection   with<\/p>\n<p>C.R.No.22\/2006 of Excise Range, Thamarassery.     He was<\/p>\n<p>found in illegal possession of five liters of illicit arrack on<\/p>\n<p>29.8.2006,     by   the   Inspector   of   that   Excise   Range.     He<\/p>\n<p>could     not   be   arrested   on   the   same   day,     as   he   escaped.\n<\/p>\n<p>Now he  remains in  judicial custody,   as remanded by the<\/p>\n<p>Court   below.       Considering   that     the   petitioner   is   not<\/p>\n<p>involved   in   any   other   case,     as   submitted   by   the<\/p>\n<p>prosecution,  and    the duration of the judicial detention, I<\/p>\n<p>grant   bail   and   release   the   petitioner   from   jail,   subject  to<\/p>\n<p>the following conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>           (a).    The   petitioner   shall   execute   a  bond<\/p>\n<p>           for   Rs.25,000\/-,           with   two   solvent<\/p>\n<p>           sureties,   each   for   the   like   sum,   to   the<\/p>\n<p>B.A.5729\/2006<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                    2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          satisfaction  of the Judicial Magistrate of<\/p>\n<p>          First Class-I,   Thamarassery.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>          (b).
