 regard to Rule 7(2} of Indra Vikas Patra Rules, 1986 {for<\/p>\n
short, ‘the Rules’) cementing it as an obstacle\u00ab~..i.n_;<\/p>\n
Article 14 of the Constitution of India.\n<\/p>\n

Patras and had lost them.  he ~ approached the
\nconcerned Post Office  i_ssl__ua:j_1ce”..d\u00e9;2plicate certificates.
\nIi was rejected in pu}’Si~!.E1l:l(i\u20ac ol.’A}lu1’e’v7l2=)l_of the above said<\/p>\n
Rules.,~b_y slame;-“ll1e approached the Civil

\nto be dlil\u00e9l\ufb01sedlll of a direction to the concerned<\/p>\n
