Gupta, J. (Presiding Member)  <\/p>\n<p>1. Complaint filed by the petitioner was dismissed by the District Forum and the appeal taken out against that order was also dismissed by the State Commission. Only grievance of petitioner was that rate of interest, was reduced from 11 per cent to 5.5 per cent on Rs. 40,000\/-deposited in NSS wrongly. Reduction in rate of interest was made by the Government by issuing a notification dated 5.9.1992, details whereof are noted in the order under challenge. Impugned order thus, does not suffer from any illegality or jurisdictional error which may call for interference in revisional jurisdiction under Section 21(b) of the C.P. Act.
