                 State.\n<\/p>\n
                            The petitioner was refused bail by an order dated<\/p>\n
                 29.1.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. 41167 of 2009.<\/p>\n
                            It has been submitted that even the Investigation<\/p>\n
                 Officer has been examined, so, I am not inclined to consider the<\/p>\n
                 merit of the case.\n<\/p>\n
                            The application is once again rejected.<\/p>\n
